Sir Jacques Wright is one of the main antagonists of P.M. Universe. He is the criminal mastermind who led a vile global criminal organization known as D.O.O.M.

Jacques is an evil French criminal with a big nose, brown hair, black eyes, and dark brown eyebrows and mustache. His mustache moves up and down whenever he talks. He wears a black suit with red necktie, black pants, black loafers, and a black cape with dark red inside. He wears a gold gauntlet that he wears to cover his right hand.
Personality[]
Jacques is a very stern criminal mastermind who vows to take over the world by any means necessary on his own terms. His organization committed many crimes, such as black marketing, terrorism, and global attacks.
